Maggie Kaysak is a rising star in the tourism and hospitality industry, known for her passion and rapid advancement. A proud graduate of Virginia Tech’s Howard Feiertag Department of Hospitality and Tourism, Maggie’s career began with a formative summer internship at The Omni Homestead, America’s First Resort.
Since graduating in Spring 2022, Maggie has swiftly progressed from her initial role as an Omni Rooms Leader in Development—a rotational apprenticeship within the Rooms Department—where she gained hands-on experience across various roles, managed guest feedback, and contributed to a multi-million-dollar property restoration project. Her dedication and expertise in curating personalized guest experiences and leading operational teams were key to her success in this role.
In Summer 2023, Maggie transitioned into her current position as Guest Experience Manager at The Omni Homestead Resort. In this role, she oversees the Experience Planning Team in Guest Services (Concierge), ensuring exceptional service and memorable experiences for guests through Homestead Hospitality.
Maggie’s early career is marked by her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. She actively participates in networking opportunities and collaborates with various Omni properties. Known for her strong teamwork ethic, Maggie also volunteers her time and efforts to support the success of other departments, fostering a collaborative environment across the resort.
