Jeanne Jennings is a recognized expert in email marketing strategy and optimization, known for transforming email programs into measurable drivers of revenue and engagement. As the Founder and Chief Strategist at Email Optimization Shop, Jeanne helps medium- to enterprise-sized organizations make their email and other online marketing efforts more effective and more profitable.

With over 20 years of experience, Jeanne blends deep marketing expertise with practical insights drawn from managing complex campaigns across industries—including travel, hospitality, nonprofit, B2C, and B2B sectors. Her work goes beyond opens and clicks, focusing on metrics that align with organizational goals. Jeanne is also the General Manager of Only Influencers, the original community of email marketing professionals, where she curates thought leadership and fosters peer learning. She serves as the Programming Chair of the annual Email Innovations World, a conference dedicated to the latest in email marketing strategy and tactics.

A passionate and dynamic speaker, Jeanne has delivered keynotes, led workshops, and presented at events across North America and Europe, including the ANA’s Email Evolution Conferences, Email Innovations Worlds, Digital Summits, and Litmus Lives. At the VA1 Tourism Summit, Jeanne will bring her insights to tourism marketers looking to drive bookings and visitor engagement through smarter, more strategic email campaigns.

When she’s not on stage or optimizing campaigns for clients, Jeanne teaches digital marketing in the Master’s of Integrated Marketing Communications Program at Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies, helping shape the next generation of digital marketers. She’s also an avid hockey fan (Let’s go Caps!).
