Brittany joined VRLTA from Sea Island Resort in coastal Georgia and has over 13 years of hospitality, hotel and event planning experience. Prior to joining the Sea Island Company, Brittany worked for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in Charlotte, North Carolina alongside their opening team. She started her career with The Ritz-Carlton as an On-Call Banquet Server and moved her way up to become a member of the Meeting & Special Events team. After moving to Sea Island in 2012, Brittany began as a Wedding Coordinator, transitioned to an Associate Event Design Manager and was then promoted to a Senior Conference Services Manager. Brittany attended Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana where she received her Bachelors in Hospitality & Food Management with a minor in Marketing. In her free time, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband, two stepdaughters and dogs, while exploring the great state of Virginia.
