Giving up a great job in the hospitality industry many years ago in order to pursue my doctoral studies might not have seemed like a logical leap, but that decision has allowed me to assemble a rich and unexpected volume of leadership lessons over the last 30 years. In this engaging keynote, I share the primary insights I have gained and offer a few leadership questions that continue to intrigue me as I enter the final quarter of my career.
