2024 Summit Information
Your 2024 VA1 Governor’s Tourism Summit includes access to all general sessions and keynotes, breakout sessions on Thursday and Friday of the conference, the exhibitor hall, breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday of the conference, as well as a VA1 Taste of Virginia Reception on Thursday evening.
Rates Per Person:
$399 Early Bird (ends Friday, September 20)
$450 General (after Friday, September 20)
$60 Student
Additional fees are required for the following optional activities:
- $79 Wednesday Evening “Crooked Road Celebration Reception“
- $95 Thursday Morning Pre-conference Content Workshop
To add optional activities to existing registration:
- Click on: Modify Registration
- At the top right of the page, under the “register now” select “already registered?”
- Enter the email address used to register, and your registration confirmation number sent via email and click “log in”. (If you cannot find your registration number, click on “forgot your confirmation number?” to receive it via email. Please check your spam folder if it does not arrive in your inbox)
- You should arrive at the page that says, “Thank you for registering for the VA-1 Governor’s Tourism Summit”. At the bottom of the page select the “modify registration” button.
- Click “next” at the bottom of the next page
- Click on the box that says “select” under the price for the “Crooked Road Celebration Reception” and/or the “Pre-conference Content Workshop” to add it to your registration, then click next.
- Review the registration summary page, confirm that everything is correct, and then click next.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to pay for the added ticket(s).
Parking Information:
Valet parking is available to all guests of The Omni Homestead Resort.
State Employees – If you are a state employee, or do not wish to pay for valet parking, please pull up to the front of the hotel as normal to have the hotel staff assist in unloading any luggage. From there, please explain the situation to the front drive staff where you’ll be either directed to nearby parking (if available) or to the valet lot where you will be shuttled back to the front door.
