Shep Roeper Shep Roeper is the Director and Co-Founder of Beyond Boundaries, a non-profit based in Richmond VA that provides outdoor adventure and environmental education opportunities to individuals with disabilities, at-risk youth, substance recovery programs, and veterans. Shep graduated from Radford University with a degree in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism and is passionate about the outdoor field and making sure everyone has the opportunity to experience the beauty and benefits of nature.
