Nancy Evanko is the workforce development manager for Loudoun Economic Development. Her role includes understanding the county’s labor force needs and collaborating with community partners to create and promote programs designed to meet our businesses’ needs in the areas of attraction, retention and training/reskilling.
Evanko has extensive experience in national for-profit, non-profit and managed care organizations in leadership talent acquisition, human resources and business development roles. She began her career in the District Attorney’s Office, Cheyenne, Wyo.
A long-time resident of Hampton, Va., and a military spouse, she is now a Loudoun County resident. Evanko holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University, San Bernardino and a master’s degree in human resources management from Troy University.
