Matthew Robinette Matthew Robinette recently earned the tourism industry’s pinnacle certification, Certified Destination Management Executive, and is a Certified Meeting Professional. Matt is a seasoned tourism industry professional passionate about the Richmond Region and committed to innovation. The Visitor Experience team at Richmond Region Tourism promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion with actions. Two notable initiatives the team has created are the Net Zero Conference Certification and Accessible RVA. Matt’s goal at VA1 is to provide participants with actionable takeaways that can be implemented or at least provide attendees with real-world challenges and opportunities.
