Haley Glynn Haley Glynn is the Passenger Rail Marketing Manager for the Virginia Passenger Rail Authority. Glynn oversees the Amtrak Virginia Marketing program and has helped rebuild ridership following record loss at the onset of the pandemic. Prior to her time at VPRA, she was the Public Relations & Marketing Specialist at the Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation where she worked to connect the Commonwealth through various public transportation options. She also served as the Public Relations Manager at AAA Mid-Atlantic, building the foundation for safety education in central and southern Virginia. Glynn has over 15 years of transportation experience and resides in Chesterfield with her family.
