Cathy Belcher is a proven and experienced restaurant industry executive currently serving as the senior Human Resources Manager at Glory Days Grill. Over the last 17 years, Cathy has earned a reputation as a trusted business advocate for the 1,750 Glory Days Grill team members and General Managers across 21 company-owned locations. She is a dynamic and energetic leader, known for tackling tough problems head-on.
Cathy is an avid learner and always working to shape her domain expertise and her ongoing career path. She is a 2001 graduate of Radford University with a BBA in Marketing Management, and a minor in French (she’s sure this will come in handy any day now!). She has been a certified Professional Human Resources (PHR) manager since 2007 and an active member of the Society of Human Resource Managers since 2006.
Cathy is also a highly-respected philanthropist in the northern Virginia community. Since 2014 she has been a devoted volunteer for Life with Cancer and their signature annual fundraiser “Lobster Extravaganza” raising over $800,000 annually to benefit individuals and families as they battle cancer. She supports Jill’s House, a non-profit benefiting families raising children with intellectual disabilities, as a member of the planning committee for their annual Christmas Tea fundraiser. Together with her husband, she is raising three young sons and can often be found cheering them on at local hockey rinks every weekend morning, often before sunrise.
