Caroline Logan serves as Director of Communications for the Virginia Tourism Corporation, the state agency charged with marketing the Commonwealth as a premier travel destination and film location. In this capacity, she oversees public relations, public affairs, social media, email marketing and collaborative content efforts for the agency.
Previously, Mrs. Logan worked as Deputy Director of Communications at the Office of the Attorney General. Prior to that, she served as Public Affairs Coordinator for FightSMA, an international non-profit organization dedicated to finding a cure for spinal muscular atrophy (SMA). She is also a published writer, with a portfolio including PRNews, the Richmond Times-Dispatch, Richmond.com, LivingSocial.com, River City magazine, West End’s Best magazine, Chesterfield Living magazine, and Richmond magazine.
Mrs. Logan has served in a variety of volunteer and leadership roles for local non-profits and charitable organizations. She currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for Celebrate RVA, a non-profit organization that provides memorable, fun, and safe birthday celebrations to disadvantaged children.
Mrs. Logan was raised in Richmond, Virginia and attended the Collegiate School. She went on to attend the University of Richmond, where she studied Political Science and French. She presently resides in the historic Ginter Park neighborhood of Richmond with her husband, Paul, daughter, Hattie, and Goldendoodle, Millie.
