ELECTRICITY, AUDIO-VISUAL AND BOOTH ITEMS

As a reminder, all other items specific to your space, (i.e. electrical (including an outlet), audio visual needs, drayage costs etc.) will be your responsibility to order, via the following forms:
In order to receive the discounted rate on booth items you must submit and pay for your order by Friday, November 8.
Order must be received by Friday, November 8.
Please follow the instructions and submit to the parties noted on each form.
ARRIVING AT THE HOTEL
The exhibit hall is in Salons 1 – 3 of the Arlington Ballroom, located one level above the Lobby on the first floor. The closest parking deck is the hotel garage (6’ max).
It is highly recommended that you bring your own cart for moving your items to/from the exhibit area.
Monday, November 18
6:00 am – 11:00 am
You must be set up and ready when the exhibit area opens at 11:00 am on Monday.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The exhibit hall will not be available for advance move-in on Sunday.
Tuesday, November 19
You may begin tearing down your exhibit after the lunch ends at 2:30 pm.
